My seller trusted me with something that mattered, and that meant preparing this home the right way. New carpet, fresh paint, everything working, landscaping dialed in, and I staged it myself because presentation is everything.

We hit the market and within a few hours we had an offer from a grateful family who could see themselves building their life here. The open houses were cancelled. We went pending.

That feeling never gets old.

This one hit different. ❤️

A family with two adorable little boys, two dogs who love their walks, and more time for life’s moments. Shortening the commute would buy back so much more family time. That was the mission. 🏠🐾

Then we found it! Move in ready. Shorter drive. More dinners together, more walks around the neighborhood, more time for the nighttime routine, more of the everyday moments that go by so fast. ⏰

This was our third time working together and that never gets old. This family is part of my world and they always will be. I am so grateful they keep trusting me with something this important. 🙏
