I laugh now, looking back. I remember being given the job of designing the rate sheets. I took that so seriously! I remember gasping at a rate of 12.95% for a grade "A" client! How's that for dating oneself....LOL

My mottos: If you don't succeed at first, TRY, TRY again.....AND....What does it hurt in asking? The worse one can say is no. If that happens we haven't lost anything as we are still right where we started and then we TRY TRY again. I'm tenacious, forthright, conversational and fair.
