Shopping is easy with Costco and Fred Meyer, just a short trip away, and we are conveniently located near HWY 26 and 217. Our 3- and 4-bedroom apartment homes have lots of storage space, a washer and dryer, and a private patio or deck. Our community is close to Beaverton schools and has numerous recreational outlets, including an onsite playground, landscaped courtyards, and close proximity to parks. Merlo Station Apts. has spacious 3 bd 2 bath (1100' sq.) floorplans and we're currently running Mgr.'s special for $1,750/mo.! Estimated availability is in 1 to 3 mos., and this offer is upon final application approval with signing a 1 yr. lease. Conveniently located right off the Merlo Station MAX line, with Costco, Fred Meyer's and several neighborhood schools nearby. The screening charge is $50/adult application. We are a LIHTC income-restricted property, based on unit type & household size.
