SOLD! My West Linn listing closed today at the listing price! You might assume every house eventually sells but that's not always the case. (I see 'expired' and 'cancelled' listings every day in the MLS). Case in point one of our comparable homes (my sellers neighbors house) didnt sell a couple months before ours and they had to take it off the market. So I'm happy to report everything went as planned and my sellers home sold which is what they hired me to do and the whole process from listing contract to close only took a couple months. On to the next!

PENDING! My West Linn listing is now pending with a strong FULL price offer and scheduled to close before the end of the month. Just what my sellers wanted. Just waiting on appraisal, loan approval, and then my sellers can close and move out!
