At Yorke and Curtis, we are passionate about being part of projects and partnerships that go beyond the build. Supporting organizations that strengthen our community is work we truly value, and this past weekend we were grateful to support two incredible organizations.

First, CityTeam whose newest location we were honored to renovate, is doing powerful work restoring lives and rebuilding communities. Through programs that provide housing, mentorship, career guidance, and long term support to individuals facing homelessness and addiction.

We also had the opportunity to support Metropolitan Youth Symphony , where we are currently working on their new facility. MYS creates a welcoming, inclusive space where students can grow, inspire one another, and pursue excellence both on and off the stage.

We are so grateful to play a small part in the impact these organizations are making.

Yorke and Curtis was grateful for the invitation to join the incredible team behind Chelsea’s Closet for lunch today and learn more about the meaningful work they do. Chelsea’s Closet brings monthly dress-up parties to seriously ill children at Doernbecher and Randall Children’s Hospitals, giving kids the chance to choose costumes, enjoy crafts, and take part in a parade through the ward, creating moments of joy and normalcy during very difficult times.
