3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath new townhouse located near Farmington Road and Murray Blvd (walking distance from Beaverton Toyota 4300 SW Murray Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97005). It's just me(working in professional/computer field 9am-6pm) and my gerbils, looking for *2* roommates (roommate #1 for a 11x12 bedroom for $600 per month includes all utilities, roommate #2 for a

8x11 bedroom for $450 per month includes all utilities). You would have your own upstairs bedroom and shared bathroom (with the other roommate) with shared kitchen and living space. Plenty of storage space in garage. Perfect for students, Rock Creek PCC is reachable by Trimet bus 52/Farmington/185th. No illegal drugs, prefer no smoking and no alcohol but is fine in moderation, no wild parties, no illegal activities, quiet time 10pm-10am. Must be clean and organized, no leaving dishes in sink please. Mutual respect of living space and noise level is greatly appreciated! $450/month. Electricity/water/Comcast Internet/cable ALL included, you just supply your own food! Securitydeposit of $100 will be required. Very safe neighborhood but I've added a couple of additional security features of my own too so you will definitely feel very secure here. NOTE: there are 3 floors so there will be some stairs to climb. NOTE: this is a drug free and smoke free place and we don't discriminate based on your race, color, national origin, religion, s*x, family status, marital status, disability,

If you are interested in either the (a) 11x12 room=$600/month *OR* (b) 8x11 room=$450/month, remember only *AFTER* I receive the answers to my "ROOMMATE QUESTIONNAIRE" by email/message first (i.e. there is no "shortcuts") *AND* you provide a phone number, will I call you at that phone number to schedule the initial visit if we feel this is a good fit for everyone. Any short emails/messages of the type "Hey Jimmy, my name is and I'm interested in your room." *OR* "My phone number is 999-999-9999, can you call me?" *OR* "Is the room still available?" *OR* "Can I schedule a viewing?" will be ignored because you are either a spammer or didn't read the instructions to fill out my "ROOMMATE QUESTIONNAIRE" first or are too lazy, none of these qualities are what we are looking for as a roommate here LOL.
