March 2026 housing data for Oregon shows a shifting market. Total sales declined -4.8% year over year, while prices continue to remain steady, with the median home price at $500,000 (0.5% YoY). Inventory held relatively steady at 0.7% YoY, totaling 16,557 listings statewide, offering a bit more opportunity for buyers navigating today’s market.
