Amity Orchards is your new affordable apartment home in Beaverton, OR. The three buildings will feature a mix of senior and residential housing for households making less than 70% of the area median income (AMI). Our community will enjoy a central community room with a kitchen, laundry facilities, fitness center, two public parks, and more.
