Good morning/afternoon PMAR members,

My name is Todd Adams, and my background in the tech industry along with my experience and passion for the real estate industry has led me to announce my candidacy for the Local Directors position on the PMAR Board of Directors.

Our industry is vital to the community we serve. A home is where a lifetime of memories is made. We are direct participants in helping our clients create generational wealth and that is why I joined our profession.

My commitment to our industry runs deep. With the NAR Settlement, we have seen a year filled with many challenges. I currently serve as PMAR’s Chair for the Realtor Advocacy Committee. I am committed to facing challenges head on, serving all our members, and advocating for you and our industry.

The market has been cooling over time and prices plateaued for a while. Despite the consistent decrease in MAI, we’re in the Seller’s zone. Watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.
