Not all closings go the way you envision themā€¦
And thatā€™s just how real estate is sometimes!

We thought we were closing in-person on Monday, but ran into a few speed bumps. After the final walk-through, my out-of-state buyers had to head home and signed their documents remotely today.

Amidst the chaos, I found something pretty special in the grass at the walk-through ā€” a four-leaf clover. I plucked it out of the ground and gifted it to my buyers, figuring we could use a little luck.

Today, I picked up their key.

A good reminder that a few unexpected turns donā€™t mean things arenā€™t going to work out. Sometimes you just have to keep moving forward and let the process unfold.

It was such a pleasure to be along for the ride with these buyers, and Iā€™m so happy to welcome them to their beautiful new West Virginia homestead.

Hereā€™s to new beginnings, a place to call home, and hopefully a little bit of good luck along the way.

Take a walk through 198 Mink Crossing with me!
Located in Big Beaver Subdivision, this lovely home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Framed by beautiful French doors, the formal dining room would also make a perfect home office.
The main level also features a first-floor primary suite, beautiful hickory floors, and an inviting eat-in kitchen.
Upstairs, youā€™ll find three additional bedrooms plus a generous family room ā€” giving you plenty of space for guests, a playroom, home gym, or whatever your family needs!
Outside, thereā€™s even more to love with a new deck, covered front porch, and an additional 1/3-acre side lot.
With nearly 2,300 square feet, a 2-car attached garage, and all of this space in a desirable subdivision, this one is definitely worth a look.
