One of the best parts of loving where you live? Having a great pizza spot nearby. 🍕

This National Pizza Month, we're giving a shout-out to Domino's, just 7 minutes from Pikeview Manor. Whether you're grabbing a quick dinner on the way home or ordering in for a cozy night, a good slice is never far away.

What's your go-to pizza order?

In case no one has reminded you lately: you matter, you are appreciated, and we’re glad you’re here. 💛

World Mental Health Day reminds us that a little kindness and encouragement can go a long way, so today we simply want to send some your way.

To all of our residents, thank you for being part of Pikeview Manor and for helping make this community feel like home.

Here’s one apartment chore you don’t want to skip: cleaning the lint trap.

If you have an in-home dryer, clean the lint filter before or after every load and keep the area around your dryer free of clutter. If something doesn’t seem to be working properly, submit a maintenance request rather than trying to troubleshoot it yourself.

Your clothes get dry, and your dryer works more efficiently. ✔️

Ready to make your apartment feel a little more like fall? 🍂

A few simple swaps can change the whole vibe:
• Add a cozy throw or textured pillows
• Bring in warm lighting with lamps or flameless candles
• Keep a basket near the door for blankets and other cool-weather essentials
• Add seasonal colors with renter-friendly décor
• Create a cozy corner for coffee, reading, or slow mornings

You don’t need a complete apartment makeover to welcome the season. Sometimes a few small touches are all it takes to make home feel extra cozy.

What’s your favorite way to bring fall into your space?

Chili season is officially here, and we need to settle a few things. 🌶️

Beans or no beans? Cornbread or crackers? Cheese on top or keep it classic?

Tell us what belongs in your perfect bowl of chili in the comments!

Great communities are shaped by great teachers. 🍎

In honor of World Teachers’ Day, we’re sending a big thank you to the educators of Raleigh and Fayette Counties and the teachers who call Pikeview Manor home.

From early mornings and lesson plans to the countless little moments that make a difference, we appreciate everything you do for the students in our community.

Know an amazing teacher? Give them a shoutout in the comments!

A safer home starts with the little things. 🔥

Fire Prevention Week is a good time to do a quick safety check around your apartment. Keep cooking areas clear, never leave candles or stovetops unattended, avoid overloading outlets, and make sure nothing is blocking your path to an exit.

And if you notice a smoke alarm chirping, a damaged outlet, or another maintenance concern in your home, let our team know so we can help.

A few simple habits can go a long way toward keeping our entire community safer.
