All Tenants: Trash company isn't running today. Also check your app and email for Extreme Cold info. Keep your faucets on stream & add heat to pipes where possible. If your pipes freeze could take days to thaw. It's normal for heat systems to struggle. Be mindful of overloading breakers with space heaters and anything around a heater that could cause a fire. The weather will likely keep Doug and other contractors from being able to go out very much. Use your app, call or text the office number 304-255-5567 if you need us. God Bless and Stay Safe!🥶

It's that time of year again. Starting to do inspections and getting photos. This tenant, who happens to be a single male and works full time, sent me photos ahead showing his work on his apartment. We have some of the best tenants and this is certainly one of them. Neat a pin and has some impressive collections of items. Hats off to you sir! We are happy to have you!
