As I’m sitting here this morning doing everything I can to keep a closing together, it got me thinking about something people don’t really see. Real estate’s not just signs in the yard and photos and showings.
So much of what we do happens behind the scenes. And when things get complicated, that’s where the right agent really matters.
People see the “For Sale” sign, the photos, the showings, and closing day. But they don’t really see the dozens of moving parts happening in between like inspections, negotiating repairs, coordinating with lenders, attorneys, appraisers, keeping deadlines on track, troubleshooting when things pop up, and just keeping everything from falling apart.
A good agent is working behind the scenes nonstop so you don’t have to. Because buying or selling is one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make.
