A quick update as we head into the new year!
Beginning January 1, my brokerage, New River Real Estate, will no longer be using the REALTOR® designation. While the term is often used interchangeably with “real estate agent,” REALTOR® is a trademark tied to membership in the National Association of REALTORS®.
This transition was a thoughtful decision after evaluating the direction of the organization and how it aligns with our goal of best serving our clients. What is not changing is my commitment to professionalism, transparency, and guiding buyers and sellers with integrity.
I remain fully licensed, active in our new All West Virginia MLS, and focused on helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with clarity and care. I’m grateful for the trust and support of this community and look forward to what’s ahead.
