👋 Hi, I’m Kellie and if we haven’t met yet, let’s change that! I’m a mom of 3 (now adults) raised right here in Brentwood, a Realtor, and someone who enjoys being involved in the community (Daddy & Daughter Dance Chair/Co-Chair and more)… which basically means I run on coffee (yes, hot AND iced coffee all year long ), to-do lists, schedules & a passion to help! ☕️
I run Kellie Risner-Day- Real Estate out of our gorgeous offices at Realty One Group-Next Level Bedford but my home office is in Brentwood (as well as many local coffee shops-of course). 😊
I help Buyers and Sellers begin the process of navigating one of the biggest decisions of their lives and I take that very seriously.
I’ve been in real estate just over 5 years and love working with clients on their goals. I also serve as a Referral agent. What does that mean? I have helped people and made connections around the country and played matchmaker for people moving in and out of NH and MA to and from other places. I LOVE that, too! I’m big on being honest, responsive, and making sure you feel confident every step of the way (and yes, I will remind you about deadlines 😅).
When I’m not working with clients, I am juggling errands, at the beach on our beautiful Seacoast any time of the year, catching my son’s college soccer games, hanging with my hubby (sometimes at a coffee shop 😂 ) or volunteering my time whenever and wherever I can.
You can also find me answering texts fast as my phone basically lives in my hand when I am working , or keeping a close eye on the market so my clients always feel one step ahead.
