Closed on this beautiful property this month. Seller found me on google, and we had the property listed within the month. My trusted venders were able to help him spruce up the interior paint, and remove furniture and antiques from the property. We had multiple offers, and it went under contract for 75k OVER list price, and was on the market for 5 days. Both sides, seller and buyer were happy.

This is still a sellers market, if you want to know what your home is worth give me a call. No pressure. If you decide you want to sell I would be happy to get you the most money possible for your home, with the best terms. My marketing strategy works. :)

So happy for my VA clients. We had a great closing yesterday at the property thanks to The Title Team!

I met these clients last fall at an open house and we searched for their perfe
ct home. Went under contract with multiple offers, and had to overcome a few appraisal hurdles, but we made it to the table!! Could not be happier for this family.
