I just washed my camper (see my post for pictures). It’s super clean. It needs waxed. I got a gallon of top of the line spray on wax and a pump sprayer. Also about 60 cloth towels to wipe it off. Great job for some responsible high school kids. $100 CASH and you guys split it up amongst yourselves.

Last minute AVAILABLE. I have my Beautiful Camper for Sale but it hasn't sold yet. It's already been a week, and will probably sell soon, but I'm offering to RENT it for This Weekend Only! (plus Monday)! Because I live Dead Center in the Solar Eclipse in TOTALITY. My Camper is on my property. It doesn't need to be moved. It's ready to go. I have all camping chairs, canopy, tables and even a COOLER FULL OF BEER!.... Address is accross from 2730 U STREET, Bedford, INDIANA, 47421. It's where my office is, don't worry, I won't bother you, but I only live 3 miles away if you needed something. What's it worth to you? Make Offer. We'll work it out from there. I also have a few 3BR homes as well. (same town).

ADVANTAGES: We are Bedford! My house is only 3 miles from Wal-Mart, CVS, Fast Food what-not. Same with local Hospital only 3 miles away. If you're into gambling, French Lick Casino (Larry Bird) is only 45 minutes away. Bloomington (Indiana University) is only 20 miles up the road. BUT this is a great advantage because you can avoid it if you want to. William Shatner (Star Trek) is supposed to be visiting in Bloomington, IN.

DISADVANTAGES: I cherish and keep my camper in Pristine condition. If you break it, I will be P*SSED!

DESCRIPTION: Montana High Country 293RK Fifth Wheel Camper (2016) $32,500

I have my Nearly Pristine 35 Foot Montana 5th Wheel Camper for Sale. I am the owner, I'm not selling it for anyone, I bought it from the family that bought it new in 2016 and have enjoyed camping every other weekend ever since I bought it. The response has been overwhelming and you need to make sure you meet me in person. Don't pay anyone/ anybody except me. I am including pictures of us so you can/ will meet me in person before buying our camper. Sorry for the long explanation, but there are just too many scams.

So here is my beautiful home on the weekends. It is a Montana. It is built well, and personally if you check youtube videos and whatnot, you know that the 2015, 2016, 2017 years were built much better than what was churned out after 2020 pandemic years. Sad to say, but true. My weekend travel house is built well.

AVANTAGES:

PERSONALLY: I am the Owner, and if you're familiar with Campers and RV's you know that this one is built better than the others. I'm not going to sell you on the quality of a home, but if you've owned an RV or Camper in the past, you know these are just built better. Especially this mfg. year. Anyhow.....

REASON FOR SELLING: I bought in 2020 and we've been camping basically every other weekend (except in the winter), and now we are wanting to move to our personal island, (can't take it with us), also, I bought it as a pair, with a 6.7 F250 Powerstroke. Both were Pristine and I paid a pretty penny as a pair. But I gotta let one go. (or both if the right offer, but I love them both.)

MONTANA LUXURY 5TH WHEEL

Washer AND Dryer are installed. Not just prepped, and NOT the silly Top/Bottom install, Our Washer is installed on the Left, and the Dryer is installed on the Right. We do our Laundry every time we camp. We have a Large Closet in the Middle.

Kitchen is perfect and beautiful with the normal stove/ oven and microwave that you would expect for a luxury RV.

Bathroom is exceptional with beautiful one-piece shower stall with glass doors, etc., and porcelain toilet. Nice place to be when you need to be there.

Theatre Seating in Living Room as well as additional couch that pulls out into a bed. Multiple LCD TV's on wall mount swivels, and surround sound audio unit.

Outside Auto/ Electric Canopy, Outside Speakers, Porch lighting, and Scare Lights.

Highly Desired Floorplan Advantage; You can enjoy the entire camper/ RV without putting out the slides; ie; WalMart, Cracker Barrel, or other parking lot situations/ opportunities. You can enjoy the entire camper/ floorplan without putting out the slides. Of course when we camp we always put out the slides, but if we are stopping at the rest area crossing state lines, we can access the entire camper including the kitchen and bedroom without putting out the slides. Kind of important if you just want to rest for a minute, or a day, or overnight without obviously putting out the slides. You can basically camp anywhere.

Rear Camera Installed with Wireless Repeater. All Color Large 8” LCD Screen. I did this myself, it simply lets you know whats behind you, not real important, kind of lags a bit. But let's you know what's behind you when you're backing up.

Wireless Tire Pressure System with LCD Monitor and Temperature Sensors. (8) Tire pressure sensors measuring the (4) trailer tires and (4) truck tires, and (2) spare tires. Sensors measure tire pressure AND tire temperature.

TWO 30lb Propane Tanks. Second Owner....... I bought it from original family, pristine and they kept it parked for a good bit. Local Second Owner, both of us live in Indiana.

Can Pull with F250 no issues. (¾ Ton). 50AMP but can also run on 30AMP campsites.

2 Air Conditioners, Central Heating and Main Thermostat handles it all. Very comfortable year round.

Drop Down chasis with FULL basement and front storage for additional battery, leaf blowers, firewood, etc.

Generator prepped, but we use a 3500 Super Quiet Portable that loads in the front storage area (purchased from Harbor Frieght), I'm keeping it.

Auto Leveling System needs re-calibrated. (I don't know how to do it, push this button, hold for 5 seconds, whatever).... I just level it myself. Does very well.

Replaced Both Propane Gas Lines
Basically I keep this home in beautiful shape. I love it.!
TIRES were Brand New when I purchased 3-1/2 years ago. Aprox. 5,000 miles, and have plenty of life left in them.

REAL REASON FOR SELLING:

My wife told me to.

I want a Super C RV which is basically a DIESEL TRUCK that can pull trailers across country but costs 200K.

I own some homes. I have at least 2 homes right now that need repaired. The renters have moved out and left my home in need of repair.

This may include painting, flooring, drywall, plumbing, you name it. It just needs done.

The homes do me no good just sitting empty.
