August’s housing data tells an interesting story across Southern NH and Northern MA.
In Rockingham County, the median sold price fell 1.52% month over month to $650,000. In Middlesex County, it dipped 1.18% to $840,000.
Despite these declines, homes in both counties sold for more than 100% of their asking prices, with less than two months of available inventory. 📊
