✨✨✨Here are a few things to add to your “To Do List” before your home hits this crazy market:

❄️Make a list of home repairs in order of importance. Been putting them off cause you're not so handy? No worries. I have all the contacts you need to get them done. Share your list with me and we can work on getting the job done together with my reasonable priced sources!

❄️If it’s a warmer day take advantage by painting any rooms or trim. If it’s truly a warm day, pressure wash your roof, driveway and siding.

❄️Take a few minutes each night and put any clutter or things that make the home look cluttered, and throw them in large trash bags or storage totes. When it comes time to move, it’ll be easy to move and your home will appear more spacious! No clutter homes sell!
