When it comes to interest rates, it’s better to look at numbers than listen to opinions.

Here’s what’s REALLY going on.

And yes interest rates WILL affect first time homebuyers more and they do have a much greater impact today, due to increased home prices. BUT rising rates are not the end of the world, they’re actually healthy for controlling the market.
