🚨 SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ALERT 🚨
Earlier today, an officer observed two members of the Old Orchard Beach Fire Department exiting a local ice cream shop carrying FOUR ice creams.
After a brief investigation, it was confirmed:
• Only two firefighters were present
• No attempt was made to notify or include the Police Department
• Zero (0) ice creams were offered to responding officers
We’re not here to jump to conclusions… but that’s a 2:1 ice cream-to-firefighter ratio, which raises some serious questions.
When approached, one firefighter reportedly stated, “You’ve got your own cruisers.”
Unacceptable.
This remains an active investigation. Officers are standing by for any tips, sightings, or—ideally—recovered ice cream.
Remember: If you see something… say something… and maybe save us a scoop next time. 🍦🚔🚒
