Holiday activities! What are your favorite Holiday traditions?
The holiday season has arrived! ⛄️✨ We’re kicking off the most wonderful time of the year with Christmas in the Park THIS Friday at Generations Park at Boys Ranch.
Mark your calendars for these holly jolly events/programs in December:
🎄 Christmas in the Park (December 5 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Generations Park at Boys Ranch): Bedford’s Christmas Tree Lighting is getting a major glow-up! This year’s event will be bigger, brighter, and more magical than ever – and includes a drone show, lighting of the City’s NEW Christmas tree at 7:30 p.m., pictures with Santa, a holiday market, HEB ISD musical performances, children’s activity area, live reindeer, food trucks, and more. We’ll be posting all the details on how to make the most of this event later this week!
🎅 Letters to Santa: Now through December 8, visit the special North Pole Air Mailbox on the porch of the Old Bedford School (2400 School Lane) to drop off your letter to Santa. Elves will pick up and deliver the letters straight to Santa. To receive a letter in return, please make sure you include a legible name and complete mailing address of the sender.
🍿 Holiday Movie on the Lawn (December 12 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Senior Activity Center): Join us for a viewing of “The Muppet Christmas Carol” (1992, Rated G) under the stars. The movie will begin when the sun goes down.
