Oh man.. this closing goes down in the books. Despite the chaos, we have crawled across the finish line… but the buyers have their work cut out for them! Not all deals are smooth sailing, unfortunately, but we made it!!

Unfortunately this was what we arrived to for our final walk through today, leaving my buyers in a very difficult position with moving trucks on the way. They are handling it with grace and kindness, but our buyers deserve better in this crazy market!

This is the point when buyers get excited and go furniture and appliance shopping- BUT DON’T DO IT! Lender will need to pull a credit refresh when you close and if your ratios are tight, it could all fall apart if you open a new card or accrue new debt. I know it’s hard, but wait until AFTER closing!🛋️
