The goodie bags were lovingly made by their residents, and we are so grateful for the time, thought, and kindness that went into each one. It means so much to our residents to know that people in our community are thinking of and supporting them. 💜

Becky’s Place is incredibly grateful to the Delta Dental Foundation for their generous grant supporting the women and children we serve.

At Becky’s Place, we know that caring for families experiencing homelessness means caring for the whole person. Oral health is an important part of overall health and well-being, especially for children. Through this support, we can help make oral hygiene education, healthy habits, and access to essential dental care a meaningful part of the services we provide to our families.

From learning the importance of brushing and flossing to helping children build healthy habits that can last a lifetime, your generosity helps us give our residents the tools they need to smile with confidence. 🪥😁

A huge thank you to Linda Fitzpatrick for inviting Becky’s Place to be part of her birthday celebration and, even more importantly, for asking her friends and family to support Becky’s Place instead of bringing birthday gifts. 🥰

Linda, your generosity and thoughtfulness mean so much to us! Because of you, your birthday celebration became an opportunity to help women and children in our community who are going through some incredibly difficult times.

We haven’t made it in for a visit to just yet, but some of our Becky’s Place crew have gotten to try the food—and OH. MY. GOODNESS. It is GOOD! 🤤🔥

We’ve also loved following along with your videos and watching everything come together leading up to your opening. It’s been so much fun to watch!

For families experiencing homelessness, getting ready for a new school year can come with extra challenges and expenses. Because of your kindness, the children at Becky’s Place will have the supplies they need to walk into their classrooms feeling prepared, confident, and supported. 🎒📓✏️

Every pencil, notebook, folder, box of crayons, and school supply may seem like a small donation, but to a child and their family, it can mean one less thing to worry about.

We are so grateful to McDonald’s for helping make this possible and to every single person who donated, shared our needs, or helped spread the word. This is what happens when a community comes together—we remind families that they are not alone. ❤️
