Happy New Year Everyone,

Here’s how the year wrapped up:
✅ Home Prices: Median single-family home prices are up +2.1% compared to this time last year. While prices cooled after the normal June peak, the pricing trend is moving upward.
✅ Interest Rates: With rates dropping, we expect more sellers to list their home and more buyers to jump in. This will increase competition on both sides—creating the shift needed for a more balanced market.
