Thankful for these great buyers who were able to close on their first home and embark upon the joys of homeownership with painting and updating this home to make it their own. What started out as an exciting "we beat out the offers and are under contract!" to a lengthy process of negotiating, not once but twice, necessary repairs to the home before closing could occur. Several delays later we made it to the closing table and got them the long awaited keys!
