Not walking away from the memories.

Not walking away from the people who made this chapter special.

I'm carrying all of that with me.

There have been so many people, places, conversations, laughs, challenges, and moments along the way that I will always be grateful for.

A very special thank you to Bill Weidacher for the opportunity and for being such an important part of my journey.

And to my KW family... thank you for making this chapter so much more than work.

It's been fun.

It's been real.

Now I'm looking forward to a different kind of life.

More time with family.

More time with friends.

More travel.

More time with my grandson.

More sunsets.

More sand between my toes.

Maybe that's what the next chapter was supposed to look like all along.

🌲 NORTHERN NH MARKET WATCH

If you're a buyer considering Berlin, here's my take on what I'm seeing:

This is a market where doing your homework matters.

There are enough homes available that buyers can take the time to compare properties instead of automatically jumping at the first one that comes along.

But that doesn't mean every home is a bargain — or that you should wait for prices to drop.

My advice?

Find the homes that actually fit your needs, compare them carefully, and know what they're worth before you make your move.

Berlin can be an interesting option for first-time buyers, especially for those who are willing to look beyond the areas that tend to get the most attention in New Hampshire.

Sometimes the right opportunity isn't in the busiest market.

It's in the market that fits your life and your budget.
