From start to finish, the transaction was seamless, and the best part was seeing everyone walk away happy at the end of the day. Some transactions are about much more than selling a home. My clients were ready to begin a new chapter, selling their Billerica home and purchasing a summer home in New Hampshire. With the right strategy and strong buyer demand, we were able to secure an offer that was $25,000 over asking.
