Kim Daneault is our lead agent who resides in Bedford, working full-time in Real Estate while raising her family in the town for over 20+ years, Kim strives to work with everyone who needs help with their Real Estate needs and has built a specialty around Luxury Real Estate, Relocation Services, and First Time Home Buyers and Sellers. Kim's is proficient in English, and advanced in Italian and Spanish. Katty DiGiantommaso, is our team's licensed Executive Assistant. She is a local resident in Londonderry who moved here from Massachusetts over 7 years ago. Always prepared to help our clients in any way possible, providing quality customer service with a positive can-do attitude while always striving to go above and beyond. Linda Haytayan, who is a competitive negotiator known for her hard work and dedication to her client’s needs. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry she works extensively in the current market, listing and selling homes, consulting, private lending, investment properties, land development, short sales, auction acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and new construction. Linda is proficient in Lebanese and English. Candace Grocott: brings 20+ years of real estate practice.
