This scholarship was created to help ease the cost of college textbooks for students heading off to college OR provide tools for those pursuing a career in the trades.

Nationally, real estate transactions are down. Less homes are moving hands. 📉

Market has shifted.
Homes are sitting longer.

Less transactions are happening. We haven’t have this little of transactions happen in America since 1996. Meanwhile, we have 8 MILLION more American in our population.

That’s not the case for Tom Bolduc - Real Estate. Getting offers accepted and properties sold. There is business happening out there. According to Pareto’s principle: 20% of agents do 80% of the transactions. With a slower market, the weekend warrior agents, part time people and “get rich quick” dreamers are leaving the business. Leaving the true professionals who take the business seriously to service the bulk of the business.

Make no mistake though.. we have seen the shift in the power dynamic become more favorable to buyers. Sellers need to show the home in its best light, make a great first impression, make worthwhile improvements prior to listing, and PRICE CORRECTLY! This isn’t 2020 anymore.

TBRE is still busy in this slow market, but NEVER TOO BUSY for you or your referrals.
