I don’t usually share much about meals, but lately it’s been a bigger focus over here. Between work, two kids, and being 8 weeks postpartum, I’ve been trying to keep things simple, filling, and actually enjoyable 😅

Lately I’ve been leaning more into:
☝🏻 Making or growing what we can
✌🏻 Meals that are high in protein but still feel like comfort food

Tonight was cheesy chicken tacos with a protein queso dip and homemade tortillas… and honestly, we were all pretty into it 😋🧀🌮

10/10 would make again… mostly because everyone actually ate it 😅
