Fort Worth Housing Market Update:

November CPI inflation was flattish, and that was enough for the Fed to cut the Federal Funds rate by 25 basis point on December 18. This rate cut wasn’t a surprise, but the Fed now expects only two 25-point cuts in 2025, fewer than last forecast, and Cleveland Fed President Hammack disagreed, voting against any cuts..... On-top-of this little market update, I also wanted to wish all of y'all a happy holiday season and a happy new year!
