CLOSED!! I’m so excited for these clients!! 25 years old and just bought their first home!! 🏡
They reached out to me back in October and we discussed what their homeownership goals were, we decided that we would start seriously looking in late spring in hopes to be closing on a place just before their lease was ending in September! Their ultimate goal is to have land and a homestead but decided that a townhouse would be the perfect stepping stone into homeownership for them, I couldn’t agree more!

They got preapproved in early June and the hunt began ➡️ two weeks later and the first offer we made they were under contract! 📝
