New research shows that attached garages can add an additional $37K+ implied value per unit. This can drive higher rents, longer resident retention, and stronger NOI in built-to-rent communities. At Cedar Creek Estates, homes with garages outperformed nearby comparable communities, all while hitting 100% occupancy.
