Fantastic day yesterday listening to speak and learning from someone with such extensive experience and success in the industry. The insight, perspective, and knowledge he shared was incredibly inspiring, and I’m excited to bring so much of what I learned into my own business.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that there is always something new to learn and improve on. The spring market is here, and things are picking up.

More homes are coming on the market, but demand is right there with it. The best homes are still moving quickly, and in many cases, competition hasn’t slowed down.

So what does that actually mean for you?
