I have earned the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. Professionally, I have additional certifications and training in negotiation, luxury home market, second/vacation home, relocation, bank owned property, short sale, foreclosure, investment property, land sales and 1031 exchange. Knowing that the vast majority of home buyers and sellers rely on the internet as their primary research source, I understand the importance of an online presence to successfully market a home today. I maintain a digital presence on numerous real estate websites including, but not limited to, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and Weichert.com. Additionally, I create a full array of marketing and media-related materials for every new listing, including a property specific website.
