Ever since starting her real estate career in Austin in 1986, Susan has been a full-time REALTOR®, helping clients with personal and investment real estate transactions throughout Central Texas. Susan has guided clients through the custom home building process, working with some of Austin’s finest architects and custom builders. In addition, Susan has earned a “Green” designation from the National Association of REALTORS and has worked on several projects with clients building more energy efficient, sustainable homes. Her expertise also includes many different types of transactions including homesite selection and financing, renovation projects (fix & flips), construction roll-overs for custom home clients, and 1031 exchange transactions for investors. Several investor clients routinely add to their stable of single family and duplex properties as a part of their retirement strategies.
