Hello ! We’ve had plenty of inquires about our upcoming properties. Instead of messaging everyone individually we thought we’d answer a few frequently asked questions here .

Q: Do you accept bad credit ?
A: We do NOT do credit checks !

Q: What if I had an eviction previously ?
A: We work with evictions !

Q: Are utilities included in your properties ?
A: Most of the time NO , however water is included in our apartments .

Q: When can I see the property?
A: As soon as you have completed an application , we can schedule an appointment to view the property . We do same day appointments.

Q: Are pets allowed at the properties?
A: Yes however we ask you clean up and maintain the property , any damages caused by the tenant are paid for by the tenant .
