This one took some miles. ♥️

These buyers were referred to me when they decided to make the move from Baltimore to Pennsylvania, and over the next three months, we saw a LOT of houses.

Some days we toured five and maybe one was worth what the photos promised. There were a lot of miles, a lot of conversations, and most importantly, a lot of trust along the way.

And this move was about more than finding a house. We were also working around selling their Baltimore home, a new school district, and getting their daughter settled in time to start the school year.

Maybe it’s the former teacher in me, but I loved being able to help them think through that part of the move, too.

Now their Baltimore rowhome is sold, they’ve officially closed on a beautiful property in Pennsylvania, and their daughter started the school year right where she needed to be.

They definitely earned this one. I can’t wait to see how they make it their own.

First investment property + first time becoming landlords. 🏡🔑

I recently helped my clients get their Perry Hall investment property ready for the rental market, listed, and matched with a solid tenant.

There can be a lot of questions the first time around, from pricing and marketing to applications, tenant selection and getting the lease in place. My job was to help make that process feel a whole lot easier.
