June 30, 2026, marked the final day of business for EXIT Preferred Realty, and I am proud to share that I closed my final deal with EPR that same day. This closing was the perfect way to conclude my time there, representing a meaningful new beginning for both my clients and myself. I wish them the very best as we all begin a new chapter.

The same day also marked the start of my first deal with Boyle & Kahoe. I am thrilled that my buyer-clients—friends of over 20 years—went under contract on a wonderful new home. I am so excited for them to move in and officially call it home - in just three short weeks.🏁🏡
