TGIF Friday Reflection 💙

With graduation season wrapping up, this old picture seemed fitting.

This was Mike, fresh out of college, in his very first business suit and ready to begin a career in real estate. Looking at it now, it's hard not to smile. 😄 I remember that suit like it was yesterday — but even more than the suit, I remember the pride Mike felt wearing it.

Years before this picture was taken, I remember sitting with Mike in a gazebo at Virginia Tech, talking about the future. Even then, he knew he wanted to get his real estate license and build a career helping people buy and sell homes. What he couldn't have known were all the friendships he would build, the families he would help, and the countless stories and memories that would come with the journey.

I think that's one of the things I appreciate most about graduation season. It's a reminder that every accomplishment starts with a dream, a plan, and the willingness to work hard for something you believe in.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026 and best wishes as you begin the next chapter of your own journey.
