MH Properties LLC Real estate management and consulting, done the right way. We use a software program that compares properties in the area to help make a determination.

We like to meet new customers, take a walk through their property if possible and get an idea how much the property is worth in rent. After that, we provide a management contract with the owners and then set up leases, or edit leases that a landlord may already have. Finally, we advertise the property in 4 different ways to help maximize views, show the property to interested parties, and collect

applications. This allows us and the owners to screen a wide range of potential tenants and pick the perfect one for their home! With a background in business administration and having worked for the Army as a management assistant for almost 7 years, Allan is well equipped to handle the logistical and financial concerns that arise in the process of leasing a home in Maryland. We are also landlords ourselves, and own several rental properties. We understand the importance of finding the right tenants, keeping them, and getting repairs done quickly and efficiently.

🍽️ Easy Sunday Dinner: One-Pan Baked Chicken & Veggies 🍽️

Looking for a stress-free, delicious dinner to enjoy with the family? This easy one-pan baked chicken and veggies will have everyone coming back for seconds! 👨‍🍳

Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts (or thighs)
• 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
• 1 cup baby carrots
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss the potatoes and carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking sheet, and surround them with the veggies.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
5. Serve and enjoy your stress-free, flavorful Sunday dinner! 🍗🥔🥕
