AZ Stay-takeaways | No secret the Southwest is our fav winter destination for soaking up sun, great eats and hiking. Also refreshing is the clever design, low cost decor that experienced Airbnb hosts there know make their property 'listing' stand out. This little beauty used cohesive color, pattern & texture (wallpaper, floors, rugs, artwork & furn) and bits of shine (black granite, metal kitchen pass-thru) that made a 'hot' place feel cooler, relaxing. Conv loc, availability and cleanliness are great ... but much like selling your home, great pics and staging can seal the reservation/deal! 😉🚲🏜️
