There are many misconceptions about the amount and scope of work we do as agents and Realtors. This Picasso example given is a great one. Just because I make it look easy, doesn’t mean that it is.

Reach out to schedule a tour of this fantastic waterfront property in historic Havre de Grace! 610 Country Club Road can practically be used as two separate residences, a one bed/one bath and a 4bed/3bath. It already has the posts in for a deep water dock, perfect for boating and amazing views. Nestled in a quiet community, it is still quite close to APG, I-95 and plenty of great shopping. The sale price includes an additional lot. Complete with new paint and carpet, this home is ready for you to move in!

Happy Closing Day to my buyers!!! My longtime friends and clients just closed on their forever dream home!!!! This project took blood, sweat, years and tears but we are all so happy to make it to the finish line. Using a local builder, they decided that they needed representation (and they did!) and I was honored to advocate for them throughout the process. Thinking about buying a lot and building? Happy to chat with you about your options!

Happy Closing Day....Sometimes settlement is closing a chapter...losing a family member can make a sale really emotional. This is a really important time for an agent to be sensitive and to listen. Praying for my client as he moves on to the next chapter. 🙏🏽

Congratulations to my dear Seller!!! Her home quickly went under contract because of all the work that she did to get it prepared for sale. New carpet, new paint made it a great place for this first time homebuyer to land. Sometimes selling can be bittersweet. Even with some bumps towards the end, I know my seller is grateful to be able to turn to the next chapter, and I am deeply honored to have helped.
