I had the privilege of listing two outstanding homes this month for two couples, and both went under contract on their very first day on the market. After multiple showings and strong interest, each offer was accepted within just a few days. Both transactions were true team efforts.

One couple had just retired and listed their longtime family home in Forest Hill before setting out on an RV road trip that concluded with them moving into their Florida dream retirement property and completing settlement remotely.

I’m sincerely grateful for the trust both of these clients placed in me throughout their journeys.

Today marked the successful conclusion of a special real estate settlement, where I had the privilege of assisting a dear friend, Betty, in the sale of her home following the unfortunate loss of her husband last year. ❤️

Upon receiving her call and learning about her circumstances, we devised a thoughtful plan. Last fall, we initiated the process with a photoshoot of her beautiful home, spacious detached garages, and stunning property at the peak of autumn foliage. In collaboration with her daughter-in-law, we managed the liquidation of decades of personal property, including tools and equipment, oversaw a deep clean, and prepared the home for listing on the market.

This journey culminated in today's settlement. I extend my best wishes to Betty as she transitions to a wonderful senior living community close to her family. It was truly meaningful to support her throughout this process.

Congratulations to the new owners—may you bring new life and many happy memories to this special home. 🏡

I recently closed out the first half of 2025 by helping my longtime client, Heath purchase a beautiful 21-acre farmette in White Hall—featuring rolling hills, a deep pond, a creek, and woodlands perfect for horses or livestock. I negotiated the contract for $75,000 below the asking price. After a thorough search, I am thrilled that he and his girlfriend found their dream property.

I also secured a contract for another client selling her longtime family home of over 28 years, located on nearly 10 acres in Street featuring two large brick detached garages. Settlement is set for August.

Stay tuned for two exciting new listings coming soon, including a modern craftsman-style barnaminium situated on more than 7 acres of a private wildlife meadow in the heart of Harford County’s steeplechase and foxhunting country.
