Is it too much to ask for a rancher with a finished basement, three full baths, and half an acre? Apparently not. 🏡

Everything you need is on the main floor. Three bedrooms, two full baths, and the primary suite all on one level. The kitchen got a full refresh with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, and the bathrooms were updated right along with it. Then you go downstairs and there's another 700 square feet finished plus a third full bath, which is not something you expect from a rancher this size.

The 0.44-acre lot out back is the part that seals it.
