You may be hearing that inventory levels are coming back up🏠
And in many parts of the country, it is; however, in our area we’re still very much in a seller’s market. What has changed is this: PRICING MATTERS MORE THAN EVER!
The days of “just put it on the market” are behind us.
Homes that are priced right and show well are still getting strong attention—multiple offers are happening, and we’re still seeing some sales above asking.
