Closed on a beautiful home in Seabeck today for some truly wonderful buyers! I've been working with this family off and on for the past 5 years, but they just never quite found the home that would cause them to make the leap to sell their existing home and transition into a new property. That certainly wasn't due to a lack of effort. We toured many, many homes. Then, for a myriad of reasons, they put their home search on the back-burner for a bit after the pandemic hit. However, life changed once again, as it is want to do, and they found themselves in the market again a couple of months ago. They still had a specific set of needs and inventory is still low, so it took a little time, but eventually we found, "The One!" They made a strong offer, prepped their home for market, and off we went.

Today, as I reflected back on that process, I was once again reminded of how lucky I am to have this career. To be able to assist people in making their dreams come true is such a blessing. To navigate often complicated transaction with multiple parties in high stress situations with positive results is a pretty epic feeling. Seeing the joy on the faces of my clients at the end, well that's priceless.

This home is so nice, we just have to sell it twice!

We represented the sale of this home for the estate of the original owner/builder a number of years ago. The new owners have decided to spend more time at their other properties and reached out to us to sell it for them.

This is truly one of my favorites of all the homes I've sold in my career. It is grand, yet warm and inviting. Lovely western views of the Olympic Mountains and those gorgeous Pacific Northwest sunsets. Stunning Hood Canal waterfront complete with dock and boat slip, loaded with clams and oysters.

Truly a gem, I don't think this one will last long. Let me know if you'd like to see it.

And cleared to close on another special property today! I had the pleasure of assisting these sellers back when they purchase this home 2 years ago, and today we closed on their sale! Another instance of navigating multiple offers and negotiating a couple stumbling blocks along the way, but excited to help them realize strong equity gains!

This one is bittersweet... these lovely sellers purchased this home new from the builder in 1968. They raised their childen here, welcomed their grandkids in, and built their entire lives in this home. They were said to leave it, but it was time for a change.

A lot of work went into prepping this one for market and navigating through the many, many offers to accept the best one. And even then, there was more work to do. But we got it done and got it closed on time and now this lovely couple can move on to the next chapter of their lives.
