So much work goes into a deal, even before going under contract, on both the buyer and seller side of the transaction. It can take years for a buyer to find the perfect property, while it can also take just as long for a seller to decide to let a property be passed along to a new family. Then there are negotiations, inspections, contractor visits, quotes, code enforcement consultations, mortgage loan inspections/surveys, title searches, etc. that have to be successfully navigated to get a deal to the closing table. Yesterday alone, I spent almost an hour in the crawl space on my belly at of one of my listings to ensure that our deal will move ahead - can you say above and beyond?!
