❄️☀️ Beat the heat while keeping your apartment cool and energy efficient! Here are a few helpful reminders for proper A/C use in your home:

✔️ Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running
✔️ Set your thermostat to a consistent temperature
✔️ Avoid setting the thermostat extremely low — it won’t cool faster and can overwork the system
✔️ Keep vents clear from furniture or decorations
✔️ Use blinds or curtains during the hottest parts of the day to help keep cool air inside

Using your A/C properly helps keep your home comfortable and helps prevent maintenance issues during the warmer months! 🌿🏡 If you have any questions or notice your A/C isn’t working properly, please contact the office.
